My appointment was a totally different one from the ones I'd had, it was relaxed, informative and also a very funny experience. Dawn went above and beyond to help me regain my hearing and remove a ridiculous amount of wax.

Over the years I have had dealings with a few Audiologist's and none of them were that willing to touch used Hearing Aids. As we all know the cost of Hearing aids in particular at these difficult times are hard for some people Recycling of good quality Hearing aids is not considered by people often enough . Dawn is very understanding and does not operate hard sell .
